So, anyone who has dealt with this company on technical issues? Do you know someone in particular I can talk to to get an IP address removed from their blacklist? This is their own IP blacklisted without any good reason.

Calling them, you get this impression of a company that changed names, but retained the same staff that we taking it south. You write an e-mail to their address -

ipsol@liquidtelecom.co.ke and almost 1 month nothing happens, despite several follow up phone calls handled by annoying fellows...
