or... (one way I could think of is)1. provide good free internet for one year (or a period), to make all schools join their network
2. provide, setup, train schools to use their free web based school management system through their links (it's free, right?)
3. gather data on schools, students, curriculum, timetables, fees payments, parent information etc using the system etc
4. team up with an MFI of bank to offer student loans to students (at a fee) and vet using historical payment data
5. charge schools for online educational content
6. offer teachers salary advances and loans again using data
7. charge the public to use wifi hotspots with pop points being the schools
... many ways - think long term, 5 years
think about it, with chrome and android, google's public DNS, google earth and maps really free? at some point, chrome was the largest "money maker" for Google!
