[Skunkworks] Mail Server Question

Hi guys, I have a question. I am hosted by a reseller, and my domain is example.com. I can access my mails from webmail me@example.com or setup outlook to retrieve the mails. Now, I have 3 more 'staff' members with three extra email accounts. Question(s): can I setup a mail server like exchange to be retrieving all *@example.commails? How do I configure cPanel to do that? Can I create new user accounts and emails from exchange or do I have to create the email accounts in cPanel as well, i.e. if I set up sales@example.com in exchange, will it reflect in my hosting or do I have to go to cPanel and create it as well? Anything else I need to know?
