Why can't someone local buy <http://www.maretec.fo/saleslist.htm> those cable repair ships? Maybe Safaricom, they can probably afford it.
It seems we obviously need a diving repair operation around; even if not the whole outfit. Why cant ships be launching from Kenya to other countries; instead of from places like Mozambique. Mozambique? Seriously ??
