Well, while we ultimately got to move on and try think of how we'l digitally beat this as one Washington earlier said,no doubt we are getting it all wrong in terms of policy and strategy, and hasn't started now. Started long ago when we certainly knew we needed a new constitution and went for it, with little or no cost best analysis at all.
