wash, this is what makes it illegal, imho. under what circumstances is the money transactions taking place : is it a business or not? the money exhanged is for services rendered. part of that revenue is taxable.
if the calculation of 24000 email accounts ( courtesy of spamming googlegroups ) therefore if rate per day of kshs 1,000 while say 1% want to = 24,000 kshs X 30 = 720,0000/- per month.
spamming ( adverts ) is good business = 720,000/- kshs X 12 = 9,600,000/- kshs per annum.
I'm not even an accountant but the figures speak for themselves.
If anyone thinks this is not illegal, let me know. I'll start my own spamming thing and include gok addresses as part of it. :)
