It works well in my browser (Google Chrome) though the image is too small. I checked the site again and the document is an embedded Scribd presentation which I found here http://www.scribd.com/doc/21167345/Nairobi-Matatu-Routes(a slightly larger version).
From the date on the Scribd link the document was uploaded last week (16th Oct). Too bad there is no option to download it or view it fullscreen. I suspect whoever created it is lurking somewhere on this list, it would be nice if they hooked it up with a route-calculation web app.
