I dont recall installing rewrite module on apache 2.2 in 1.3 i had to 
manually install. Am assuming you are running Apache 2.2, the module should be already loaded by default, confirm this on you httpd.conf, look for this line,<br><br>LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so<br><br>
