Andrew You can also use a network enabled PDU. When a server become inaccessible, you ssh to the PDU and disconnect power from the server momentally. Work well with any server model. You need good record keeping else, you may power cycle the wrong server The other alternative is KVM, but they are messy as. Unless you are lucky and have a server with in build KVM like Dell C6100 William
And if all are Dell servers, the you can connect them to one 'master' server and have Dell management console - Am still yet to do the set-up
./Ok3ch

Which kind of server do you have. Some servers have ILO which you can shutdown/restart servers remotely.

Someone's e-mail account with Yahoo! has been broken into, the password changed and alternative e-mail address changed as well. Then, to make the matters worse (I am not sure you should have used this phrase), the cracker has then tried to *extort* money from..
Wallace, yawa, I am an *odiero* lakini what you wrote does not come closer to my mother tongue! I am trying to make good the grammar but I just realized how inconsistent your subject line was to the message body.
Let's see:
Subject: Yahoo and Gmail Accounts hacked is a valid subject. However, starting with "someone's account..." means it's one person who is affected, not two, not more. "the hacker has then tired to bribe for money from these collegues." requires that you start your email introduction with something different than "someone's".
Anyway, kizungu ilikuja na meli.

For Yahoo!, try this - http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?locale=en_US&page=content&y=PROD_ACCT&id=SLN2...
