That would depend on the payment plan - from where I stand, it can never be unlimited, although dedicated hosting can actually have unlimited, so maybe someone with an actual experience with that host may shed more light. Sorry I wasn't of much help :-(

My guess would be unlimited sub-domains, no one can give you unlimited domains for whatever you pay for hosting - should be water under the bridge.
Never used them though.
