KDN is lucky its getting public feedback. Imagine what people say in their offices, homes and pubs. 

A PR managers job is to deal with things like this in the best way possible. But you cannot wish it away. if people are dissatisfied, unless you are working with a monopoly you better shape up. Ive never bothered to call KDN for service and its largely because of what ive read on this list. Im on of the FEW who dares speak about it publicly. 

I still think its an opportunity for them. it all depends on how this is handled.
