Hi,

As Peter says, the server install is just for basic viability as a server, GUI is a customization option.

Did you select the Desktop or Minimal Desktop Installation when you were doing the installation?

If you missed those, "yum group-install <preferred-desktop>" is your friend. You will have to configure the RHEL6.4 media as a repository to install your preferred desktop- GNOME or KDE.
