Ignore everyone and call GoTV. They will tell you the correct thing to do. I once had my kid play with the RC and then it got stuck - like was not controlling the decoder at all. There is a simple combo to press on the RC (not on the decoder) and it works normally again.

I have also experienced the same issue on a friend's decoder i was setting up. To fix it simply press both P+ and P- buttons on the decoder  and a screen should show up then press exit button on the remote and that should fix it.

If the issue of getting stuck keeps recurring simply do a reset of the decoder form the advanced settings and i think that should sort it out once and for all.
