Hi Guys, I know I have seen some ranting before about Airtel data bundles being slashed immediately after purchase, did anyone finally get a solution to the problem? I bought a 1.5GB bundle and checked my balance after about 30seconds of purchase, it gave me a balance of 629MB. Not to mention being a new handset I had not even setup the data on the phone. After a call to their call center, they asked me to check whether I had started applications that were consuming my data very fast. I am not aware of their 'super fast' speeds that can consume 871MB in a minute but my friendly email to their support center only got an auto-reply that my issue would be attended to in 24hours. This is the third day for starters. Moses.
