Me thinks any video tagged as a Google Tech Talk (http://www.youtube.com/user/googletechtalks) should be downloadable by default. Google videos (that we cannot stream due to bandwidth issues) are not as CLEAR (as streamed versions) after being 'recorded' for download by Real Player and other browser plug ins.
