Yes Dennis their is a self service management system (WHMCS) And its connected to the registry. You can edit nameservers any time you want, request authorization code to transfer any time you want to

Do they have a self-service panel where you can manage your domain and perhaps even transfer it elsewhere :-) 

I'm coming from the point of where Page is not as established as say, EAC. We have seen enough cases of people fighting with domain hosts here, hence our shyness.
