talking of 'working out ways to reduce crime' -> loads of cctv coverage would be a way. Just that it is not that cheap and needs input from stakeholders like CCN and @KenyaPolice
@Josiah, CCTV is not the panacea to crime, UK is one of the most cctv'ed places on earth, yet crime is still there. I'ld think a multi-pronged approach would work better; cctv, better paid cops, justice system which works faster, less corruption etc
