Download and install MDownloader, get the links from whatever file host you wish [see: http://is.gd/35Cm4n]. I prefer rapidshare or megaupload where possible because they are captcha-free. But in the event that the host you have selected uses captcha, you may enable "beep on captcha" in mdownloader settings to prompt you to enter the letters in the displayed captcha image.
