My issue is small . been asking for a Hosting cpanel username and password and every password that i am being offered doesn't work. when i call back or ask for the reason why its happening i never get a response. it has lasted for over 102 hours and my behind is on fire. Since a manager who doesn't understand why an application is not online needs periodic feedback on tasks to be completed i will not name the Account manager since i have her name but Wanainchi (Zuku) its so simple.Just issue me with the correct password. BTW, I am so proud to have been part of Wananchi Online - the ISP that transformed how people perceive Internet connectivity - and revolutionized the pricing regimes beyond what anyone thought was possible.
Zuku - the successor - seems to be doing quite badly sometimes.
