When you think about it, what solar can do, electricity can also do. I have a small solar charged lamp (Sun King brand) that I at times charge via USB from my PC. Since this contraption charges over D.C, the only challenge was to get the a charging pin that fits into the provided port. The universal USB multi-charger device that was discussed elsewhere on this list came to my rescue. I have been seeing that Sun King lamp being aggressively advertised in the dailies & on Telly. Tony
