Just an Internet nickname... but it is quite funny how people react when I tell my email address, they immediately think I am a very important person, ahaha, then I replied "No, I am just the big boss of my email address, that's it" !

*PS - You normally start with the adjective, like "grand patron" and not "patron grand"... otherwise all good !
