It might be important to understand where we're coming from. We've always been talking about the high expectations of internet costs coming down as a result of the fibre. So when this does not seem happen, we've been looking at the services with close scrutiny. Probably there dynamics that have hindered this from happening and I would not pretend to understand any of them. I think someone would probably agree with this - and many disagree. The service providers would seem to be the first ones on the receiving end in all this and it would be quite difficult to meet people's expectation in such an environment. That said, I think this is the point I also do agree with Joseph, whereby this scrutiny becomes suspicion; if I get exited that I have an unlimited offer that's appealing, and overlooked the details, (devil in the details...) which an average person does, I'll become disappointed. Would want to try and get into these 'dynamics' issue, and ask, whose contribution is it, and what needs to happen? How has it happened elsewhere? The first operator to offer TRUE unlimited 3G Internet, using bandwidth bundles instead of data bundles, something like 512Kb/s (64KB/s) at saaay .. Ksh 999 per month, will make many people smile.
