if u like a banana.. but ur garden has oranges...and u eat oranges everyday and even use them as ur stew for ugali. and then someone else comes and tells u i can make all ur oranges taste like banana and the advantage is ... the expensive fertilizer u were using on ur orange garden u wont need it anymore bt u can use a cheaper one for bananas... only that it stinks like hell. I dont know much about number portability (excuse me if my question is laymanish..),i would appreciate a small lesson from a SME on this list especially the advantages from a customer point of view and the economics behind it from a network point of view.I would not mind the technical aspect as well (though not so deep).
