I did call ccare and confirmed that there was an issue affecting voice/data in some areas... Sometimes, restarting PC does work...I've assisted some clients who have some program/software locking the dial-up port, I've had to access the registry sometimes...so sometimes telling the client to reboot seems to free this ports, rather than having to go through the painful process of answering the various "whys" and "how comes" :-)
But when you tell them you are using the Huawei router, and they ask you to restart both router and PC??
