Could anyone help me with ballpark costs for MPLS links between 2 locations in Nairobi (lets say between Westlands and CBD) ?

I have been given figures like KSH 24,000 / MB ( including port charges and last mile ) / per month... is that a realistic figure ?

It seemed unusually high to me given that there is fibre between Westlands and CBD .
