Connect Zuku 2. ping some-website-name and post the results - we want to know if some-website-name is resolvable and reachable 3. traceroute some-website-name and post results - we want to see what path traffic takes to reach some-website-name Now, that is what they call a technical scenario - a techie way of presenting a problem. Washington, pole my bad. It's the only non constant. people syncing mail to their handsets or who have Orange and Airtel are able to login but switch to Zuku and it's a dead end. They can access and login to other sites though.
