Hey @Brian, Pls check these : 1) Are you able to use the F8 menu at all upon bootup? If yes, were you able to go into safe mode? 2) Are you able to go into Bios? 3) Have you removed the battery and booted the laptop on main power? Some feed back will help. Rgds.
