I'm confused.
Let's take it from the start.
Pesapal is a local innovation, primarily for Local use so working on purchasing from Ebay or any other site would mean i can't use Pesapal. Is that correct?
You could just use your visa directly to buy from eBay e.t.c. I think PesaPal does not need to support buying from these sites to pass some barometer.
Purchasing on the web is more that just these guys.
