well, here are my additions/corrections
1. you can always buy as many tokens as you want but not on the same day, there's some limit by Kenya Power something like 2 times per meter per day though this can always vary.
2. you can always get the token details of the purchase from where you bought them, in case you loose the token
3. the more units you buy gets you in a more expensive tariff as noted in the pdf
4. you cant buy any unit if the amount you are purchasing for can't even pay the outstanding charges, the transaction will not even go through
   e.g buying amount of 100 and you have an outstanding Fixed Charge of 120
5. an agent will not charge you anything and the token is produced instantly plus a breakdown of where your money went. more to that you have a clear point of blame in case of anything, if you loose your paper receipt you can always get it again and again

Hmm, that's an interesting one. Wonder what is the purpose of that restriction. To avoid some kind of cheating or technical limitations?

So what happen if someone by a token and loose it before loading ? Happen a couple of times to me but with cellphone. Shopping at Nakumatta, I get the receipt and throw it on my way out forgetting that receipt also double as airtime token.
