john i totally agree with you i went to one of there branches the one next to kenya cinema

we went inside given a receipt then told to go to line A then on reaching there there is no one to serve us do you know we

started complaining thats when one of the supervisors show up to ask whats the matter we have been standing in a line for the last 30 minutes ,

n one had noticed people r just standing in a line  with no one serving people, for God sake.


something is lacking they have the worst service least i say dont care attititude
