After KDN was overrun by South Africans, they replaced their execs and key people started quiting. This could be related to the problems you are experiencing. As David says, switch to zuku. Their fibre is now behaving well. I was watching hulu.com (thru a proxy) on a 1 mega zuku connection - it didn't stutter and it cost only a thao/mo!
