Safaricom should use this as a platform to sort out the issues raised. Take it as feedback on how some customers perceive their brand/network and aim to be better.

You cant brush aside a platform that raises issues in a network, in the name of "negativity". If there were no NW issues at safaricom, that site would not exist.
