Most of these small banks are great when it comes to customer service and personalized banking, you can negotiate on anything from chequebook charges, cash withdrawals to be delivered to ur office etc. The problem will now come when you need money(loan). I once went to one for a loan, with my title deed, i was informed the property must be within the CBD among another loooong list of requirements.
