“...keep scheduled times so that you will know that at this bus stop, this bus will be here at this particular time." How?? FAIL

"....this is the bus stop and it will tell you that the next bus is coming in the next many minutes.....". Does that take into account the rapidly changing traffic patterns in this city? Example: as soon as it starts to rain, all roads clog up. How will it handle that - and update you accordingly?

"....charge according to the distance charged....". "...pay maybe Sh4 or Sh6 or whatever..."
We are having problems with Sh 1 coins. Please bear with us. FAIL.

"...ease the regulations requiring all passengers to be seated while travelling by Smart Buses...". Doesn't that conflict with another regulation requiring all passengers seated? possible FAIL?

"...colour the matatus or buses and give them a different colour. For example, PSVs plying Buruburu to Kawangware will be given a blue colour and those in different routes another colour..." Fail to understand the point of this. FAIL.

Not to mention Mungiki, general Tech-savviness etc etc considered, FAIL. FAIL. FAIL.
AFAIK, Murungarus' trams would fare better here.
Wake me when the bypasses are built and roundabouts replaced with overpasses.
