I fully agree with you on this one. For an SME that need redundancy this is one solution that they can consider.
From the information given they have a /24 Provider Independent (PI) address space, Private ASN and two ISPs. That appears to be an entity looking for more scalability and control.
I suppose we shall await to hear from Anthony with more clarity or if he has managed to resolve the issue and how he went about it. Regards, Michuki.
