Looking to change my current ISP. Office situated on Rhapta Road Westlands. Simbanet promises 20MBPS, they deliver less than 5MBPS. The connection has been very poor over the past 3 weeks. I call them, they say problem is on my end. Of course it is not on my end, I havent touched the damn thing for the past 3 months or so! I restart the modem, still nothing happens. They say they will check the problem and get back to me, they never do. I have called them about 3 times daily over the past 3 weeks. No solution. I have asked them to send a network engineer so that they can see that the problem is not on my end (for which they are going to bill me), they never do.

Who are the best guys with some good packages for small businesses in the Westlands area?
