I have a scenario: a system I monitor (web based) was moved from a Linux Mint box to Oracle's cloud. The instance on cloud is up I can even ssh to it.
The trouble is, we have been unable to get a port opened so that the web based system can listen through it. It's been too long we've tried, any assistance would be appreciated.
PS. this is my first Oracle experience.
