Well, what we need is a simulation to show point X.
Point X is the point where a significant proportion of the population will have taken loans to buy property , and they will be unable to finance the huge loans, and the banks will be unable to find a buyer to resell the properties to at those huge prices, something they call toxic assets.
The problem of buying property with a bank loans is that the other guys buying the same property do not need the frigging bank loan to finance it. So you are burning yourself to be at par.
Though, it looks like we have established ourselves as a money laundering haven, which explains why prices are rising. Make illegal money elsewhere, invest it in Kenya, nobody will ask where the money came from. Also make sure that you investment has high security, you do not want those unlucky Kenyans coming after your hard worked cash, do you?
