The way things are going in Kenya, it's impractical to talk about Vision 2030! I find 3020 makes more sense, with the pace and will with which we are moving the National Agenda. However, I have a very strong feeling that if, one day, when all the 220 members are seated in the house, and out of some miracle, all of them are suffocated to death, then we may end up realizing everything by 2030.
