Too bad for you, M-pesa was born because Kenyans liked to sambaza to settle debts. I don't think Safcom would like it the other way round. They want you to spend in terms of buying airtime, sending money or withdrawing (because they charge you for that). The only way you can recover your money is to sambaza to friends or talk to a friend who has a shop (if you have any) to sell it for you if you are willing to loose some amount that beats the normal airtime profit.
