Skunks, what does a 2.5 litre engine refer to interms of fuel consumption of the vehicle?
I think I need to refer again to some notes as I am a bit rusty with this stuff but I believe 2.5l represents *the total capacity of the air+fuel mixture used by the engine* (here I mean the total number of cylinders in the piston engine) *during a single full combustion cycle* - when air is inducted into the cylinders, mixed with fuel and burnt to produce the power to drive the wheels. Forget the gory details of this unless you want to be an engine specialist. -- Best regards, Odhiambo WASHINGTON, Nairobi,KE +254733744121/+254722743223 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ "If you have nothing good to say about someone, just shut up!." -- Lucky Dube
