I think it depends on your target market and your definition of rich.

If my definition of rich is the ability to buy a new $3499 Area-51 ALX PC every month, then a number of ICT techies are indeed rich. You mean to tell me that the nice folks over @ SevenSeas, CraftSilicon, AT etc are not rich?

One common trend I have noticed with these top firms is that they target the top end of the market, not the common mwananchi or SME.
