The best solution if to have your own set of public IP's so that you can assign it to the mail server. Also with your own ips you can do BGP with both AK and JTL so that no matter which provider you are using the mails can still reach the server.
You can organize a meeting with both AK and JTL so that they can design for you the product..

Hi all,I have two ISPs access Kenya and JTL both providing Internet but access Kenyaprovides Email services too. At the office there is a server which fetches the emailsfrom the the Email server at Access Kenya and users use mail clients to access themails. I would like to add the JTL link as failover to still fetch mails when the AccessKenya's internet link is off.--
