Please note that due to bandwidth limitations at the skunkworks server co-lo, any posts with attachments whose size exceeds 200KB will be rejected.

If you must share such an attachment, kindly use other means to do so - like sharing it via a URL, Dropbox (Snowden does not recommend them!), etc.
