Anyone with the contacts of AK's Systems Admin or someone there that can assist me?

I'm having a monthly recurring issue where their spam filter (Fortiguard) IP-matching is wrongly blacklisting me.

My email server's IP is 74.50.85.31 yet I am getting the message below:

<*******@kaps.co.ke>:
Connected to 196.200.16.3 but greeting failed.
Remote host said: 550 5.5.0 74.50.85.231 is blacklisted by FortiGuard. This email has been rejected. The email message was detected as spam.
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

Last month, they were matching me with 74.50.85.13


Any help will be appreciated.
