@Alex, for data tariffs, they are back to the Ksh 1/- per Mbyte since last month. On 3g+, have been using the 8GB at 8k and speeds have remained consistent for almost 3 months now.
I also think they had some internal turmoil and since the new MD joined, things have been improving. The end of month "protest" of dead servives is no longer there.
I'd be interested to know the rates they charge for their gsm 3g.
