What are you afraid of? If he haasn&#39;t paid you, then that measn he hasn&#39;t honored you contract, whether written or spoken. Both are enforceable in court. He is liable for fines himself.<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

To make the matter worse i even advanced  some money to this guy. Which he promised to pay nxt day,   hasn&#39;t paid to date.<br>
