Well, since you are out of warranty, they might want to stay away from the device since the hardware and or software might not be built for this market, hence not wanting to be linked with it incase anything fails. Basically, for that reason you will need to get a technician you trust with your hardware. I know one or two in Nairobi but not Kisumu.
