Hi Alvin, it think a buyer's decision is based on what they can afford versus performance and other factors. While there are plenty of higher end models, many times it comes down to finances and costs. A classic example is what I updated recently. http://www.chekelea.com/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=143 Here is a laptop that has formula one specs like carbon fiber case etc. But most of the times, some don't need that top performance for spreadsheets, emails, script work etc. When graphics/video are involved, then the situation changes. Even the person who does such work knows the lower end models will not perform or hamper their work abilities.
