Well, the LG Optimus looks like a contender, http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_gt540_optimus-pictures-3081.php, save for Android 1.6 (Upgradeable though), bad design (Seriously, were all the S. Koreans designers drafted to the army to fight the N Koreans) and the fact that LG has a nasty behaviour of the screen getting a permanent Solar Eclipse
